Focus Groups
L²MR provides clients with a state-of-the-art facility to ensure research integrity. Two roomy focus group suites, equipped with client observation rooms behind one-way mirrors, allow clients to hear and see participant reactions to questions posed. A viewable IDI room is also available for professionally conducted one-on-one interviews.

Sessions are recorded in VHS video and audio (CD and DVD available upon request) so that clients have a permanent record of group activity. Web streaming of focus groups is furnished for clients who choose this “live” option of viewing from a remote location. All client amenity and focus group rooms have Internet access.

 

Call Center
Our on-site central Call Center features the latest in technological equipment. Interviewers have everything they need right at their fingertips: participant database, screeners, questionnaire and research software. All phone surveys are completed within our facility, and all results are tabulated in-house.

Full-service kitchen used for taste testing and guest amenities.

Kitchen
A full-service kitchen is available to prepare food products for taste testing. Kitchen includes: sink, refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave and standard ovens. Refreshments and food are readily available for participants, moderators and clients.
